All sales are final. Due to the exclusive and limited nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@hellstar.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placement. Email support@hellstar.com immediately with your order number.

Pre-order items are non-refundable and non-cancellable once placed.
